XBOX One – Emergency Offline Update (Day One update)

UPDATE: Microsoft have since removed this web page we would recommend customers to NOT try to update their XBOX ONE using the USB device and instead connect it to XBOX Live.

Microsoft are allowing users to download the XBOX One Day One update before the consoles release. If you grab a copy now, it means you might be able to avoid the “rush” when you plug your console in for the first time.

Download the Emergency Offline Update (EOU) and follow the instructions.
