Diablo 3 – Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition

#Diablo3 Great menu's & a variety of professions. Fun COOP. Loot collecting is addictive. Gamepad controls work well, but poor RPG & Story

Having previously reviewed the #XBOX360 version of #Diablo3, I loved the fact that I was able to import my characters from the #XBOX360 version into the #PS4 version. This is something a lot more games should be doing.

Local COOP play is great fun. The loot drops are tailored to your character, they are automatically assigned to the relevant player, and when your partner picks up the drops from the bad guy you automatically get yours. You can still trade, but the game is very good at giving you the loot your character deserves.
In my opinion, COOP play has one flaw: only one player can check/sort out their inventory at a time. This means that if your COOP partner is one of those people that needs to check *every* drop for that 0.001 DPS difference, you’d better get comfy.

Just as a side note, I did feel that the #Playstation #VITA Remote Play was a bit of a mess – the PSVITA’s lack of L2/R2 buttons really makes this hard to play. The game looked amazing, but the controls were just too messy.

Genre: Action role-playing, hack and slash

The controls are amazing, the use of the dodge on the right control stick is a stroke of genius.

Dislikes

I have come back to the game after a short break, and apart from farming for better items, if you don't/can't find a good COOP partner, the game becomes a little boring on your own.
